《可不可以說》是香港詩人西西（1937-2022）的一首詩。詩人提出了一系列問題，顛覆了現有的語言規則。她充滿童真色彩的文字遊戲邀請讀者從新的視角觀察世界，甚至反抗我們熟悉的習慣與制度。
Joanne 畫了一個小男孩和一隻黑貓將詩的世界聯繫起來。他們一起探索，從微小的螞蟻到深邃的宇宙。遇到了惡霸和各位大人物，他們體會到，想像力和自由表達才是真正的皇者。
